Our cook Ayfer will spoil you with traditional island cuisine combined with special services and facilities. She is well known for her delicious meze (mostly vegeterian cold starters, served on little plates) that she is flavouring with rich herbs grown on the island. Vegeterians just need to tell her - she has many ideas for delicious main courses and will anticipate their every wish.
The quality of the food service is ensured from the immaculately clean kitchen through to the white linen table clothes and serviettes. Our staff was trained in the most famous 5 star hotels in Istanbul and takes pride in providing guests with excellent service.

Breakfast
The island abounds with the herb thyme. This herb is used in many traditional dishes. For a unique and medicinal breakfast treat, try the island produced honey, flavoured with thyme. Also at breakfast you can sample island grown organic olives and homemade cheeses.
Dinner
Start your meal with a selection of mezes which reflect both Greek and Turkish cuisine using island grown, high quality ingredients including the uniquely flavored olive oil. For main course, you can select a meal reflecting Aegean and island cuisine, from locally bred meats or daily caught fresh fish. A selection of quality wines and raki is available. The speciality of the cellar is a unique island made red wine.
